Reparatie Remise is an ongoing project about repair: how we relate to our (broken) stuff and to each other. For an upcoming workshop, we are looking for someone whose artistic practice touches on repair, reduction or regrowth. This can take many forms: textiles, food, landscapes, objects, materials, knowledge, traditions, communities, or something we have not yet thought of.

What matters to us is that repair is present in your work as a way of thinking + doing. A way to stretch the life of materials, restore connections, share knowledge, or resist the idea that things lose their value once they are broken or used. The format is open.

We are now open for proposals for the RR 2026 edition. To apply, please send the following to info@reparatieremise.com by Sunday 25th October:

a short proposal for your workshop idea, max. 200 words a short introduction to yourself and your practice a few supporting images a portfolio (if existing) 

Please note that this workshop would take place on Saturday 12th December, so before applying make sure this is a date that works for you. 

You can be at the beginning of your practice, or many years into it. We welcome proposals from people working across different disciplines, backgrounds and experiences.

We aim to offer the selected artist(s) an artist fee, material budget, travel within the Netherlands, facilitation, and communication of the event in RR style.
